fusion were retailed by unison from april 2001 to july 2003 to assist in the
development of a bespok
e database system. the system was built for the purpose
of collecting, analysing and retrieving information on organisations, agreements
and contracts throughout the uk. as we have a
relationship with over 20,000 organisations, and have almost 1,000 branches
covering 1,300,000 members, this was no mean task. i was the project executive
and managed the users of the database.
the role of fusion, and jonathan was to develop the system from the bottom up. i have to say that during the entire process i had very little contact with him. that is simply because he seemed to get everything right first time, always met deadlines and produced work that invariably met our specifications. any problems that we did have were always because of limitations with the supporting software rather than jonathan's programming.
certainly fusion more than anyone else, were responsible for the fact that we developed a functioning database on schedule and within budget. it is a database that not only meets our requirements, but, in many aspects, exceeds them. i would have no hesitation of employing the services of fusion again should my unit require any further development work. i would also wholeheartedly recommend fusion to any other organisations requiring similar work to be carried out.

primrose associates utilised jonathan and fusion?s services to help us launch
our website, as primrose?s first online presence, it was of great importance to
us. initial meetings with jonathan immediately displayed his exceptional
creative flair and gregarious personality! he was a pleasure to work with!
we?re certainly not the easiest of clients, in fact we?re very demanding! but
jonathan provided us with a high level of communication and accessibility from
initial contact through to design approval and the website going live.
suggestions and amendments were acted upon immediately and he did a great job of
bringing our rough ideas and sketches to life, working well in conjunction with
our creative team and thomas whitehead our designer. jonathan is very direct, a
true strategist who stuck to the brief throughout, keeping each page of our
website to a 1 minute reading limit and providing us with what we needed, and
the image we wanted to portray.
we received outstanding customer service and jonathan really does deliver the
goods ? it was great to know that we could phone or email at any time with any
queries (no matter how trivial!!) and he would solve it for us!
